Working with the Customer Communications Manager, I helped craft a three-article series featuring ways for small businesses to optimize their time with Slack.

Slack’s customer stories take potential customers and enterprise partners on a journey that walks the line between informative, engaging, and persuasive.

I am currently working as a senior editor, content strategist and writer to craft these stories with Slack’s EMEA and North American customer marketing managers and designers. I also stage many of them in Wordpress.

I’ve written 26 customer stories with Slack, for a total of almost 75,000 page views. Topics range from collaboration and teamwork to workflow innovation, AI automation, and the Covid-19 response. You can read most of them below (some are not yet published).
